- Chateau at Bothell Landing – Situated alongside the Sammamish River Trail in the heart of charming downtown Bothell, Chateau at Bothell Landing is at the heart of the Seattle area’s premier retirement neighborhood with easy access to local offerings. In June 2009, we expanded our campus with another 72 premium apartment homes located in two elegantly constructed buildings. A Memory Care Community to serve a wider variety of resident care needs is also in the works.
- Chateau Pacific in Lynnwood – Chateau Pacific opened in 1999 and has served as our flagship model for operations for over 10 years. Nestled on 5.3 acres in Lynnwood, just north of Seattle, with easy access to four major freeways, Chateau Pacific offers 139 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments and will soon convert 14 apartments to a dedicated Memory Care Community.
- Chateau Valley Center in Renton – Chateau at Valley Center opened in January 2005 on the campus of Valley Medical Center in Renton, and reflects a strong and healthy partnership between Chateau Retirement Communities and one of the highest rated public hospitals in King County. Residents of Chateau at Valley Center enjoy 126 studio, one and two-bedroom apartments and a continuum of care ranging from independent to assisted living to memory care.

In June 2009, 72 premium, elegantly-constructed apartment homes opened as Building B & C on the campus of Chateau at Bothell Landing. Offering flexible financial options to discerning retirees, Chateau at Bothell Landing has a total of 174 apartments, 213 K square feet and sits on 8.456 acres. In addition to the three existing buildings, a fourth building is planned to accommodate future growth. A Memory Care Community to serve a wider variety of resident care needs is also planned for the near future.
