Our Neighborhood

Seattle's Fremont neighborhood may claim to be "the center of the universe," but just north of Seattle, Chateau Pacific in Lynnwood is at the center of an active retirement lifestyle full of comfort and rich in choices.  Set on fenced, park-like grounds with walking paths and a gazebo, "access to the universe" was never more convenient with the crossroads of Interstates 5 and 405, Highway 99 and the Mukilteo Speedway just a stone's throw from our backyard.  In ten minutes or less, you could be shopping on Edmonds boutique main street, or settling down in big, comfortable theatre seating to catch a movie at the newly renovated Alderwood Mall.  Spend an afternoon taking in the scenery at Picnic Point or strolling along Mukilteo Beach, and be home well in time for dinner.
