Assisted Living Director
The premier retirement community in North Lynnwood seeks a qualified LPN or RN to oversee our assisted living program, which provides quality, thoughtful care services to our residents. Escape the high-stress of hospital or healthcare nursing, while retaining the career challenge and personal satisfaction of improving seniors’ quality of life in an elegant, residential setting. Qualified nurse candidates have experience managing a staff of care professionals, an empathetic and professional demeanor working with residents and family members, finely tuned assessing skills, effective time management and organizational skills and a solid understanding of regulatory guidelines. Minimum one year assisted living industry experience preferred, but not required.
