Lead Receptionist

Lynnwood’s most elegant retirement community seeks a high caliber customer service professional responsible for acting as a Lead Receptionist for our residents. The Lead Receptionist is responsible for creating, encouraging and enriching our residents’ experience by coordinating everything from basic service needs to enhanced activities and recreation. Additional duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to management of gift shop, concierge staff, coordination and assistance with basic administration, community relations (sales & marketing) and resident security.

If you enjoy interacting with people and excel at customer service and interpersonal communication, this is the perfect job for you. Ideal candidates will be adept at relationship building and will possess a highly professional demeanor, excellent telephone, written and communication skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel. Previous customer service and college degree preferred. High School diploma and English proficiency required.
